What beverages are compatible with Era?

Compatible with cold beverages and iced carbonated beverages. When using with carbonated beverages on an airplane or at high altitudes, pressure will build up inside and may escape through the straw when unlocking it. To alleviate pressure and prevent this from happening, slowly unlock your Ü-Turn™ lid to release pressure.

How do I lock and unlock the Era straw lid?

To open the Ü-Turn™ Lid for sipping, align the mode indicator with the 'open' position indicated by the raised notch. To lock, turn and line up the mode indicator on the lid with the 'closed' position on the opposite side.

How long does it keep my drink cold?

The Era can keep your beverages cold for 24+ hours. It is recommended to use at least 50% ice for maximum ice retention.

Does the Era lid fit other products?

Era lids and silicone straw pieces are only interchangeable between 30oz + 40oz Era sizes, however, be sure to use the correct size stainless steel straw attachment as the 40oz straw is longer than the 30oz.

How do I wash my Era Straw Tumbler?

All parts, including the lid, are top-rack dishwasher safe with two exceptions - Dark Aura and Onyx Leopard colorways (these bottles are hand-wash only, but lids and straws are still top-rack dishwasher safe). Remember to remove the straw lid before washing. To do this, simply turn the mode indicator halfway between the locked and open positions and pull up on the straw center piece for easy cleaning. How do I remove my ColdKey™ Straw?

To remove the ColdKey™ metal straw for cleaning, twist the straw until the notch aligns with the vertical groove and pull down to release the straw.

Does the Era 30oz/40oz lid fit other products?

Era 30oz lids are interchangeable between 30oz + 40oz sizes, however, be sure to use the correct size stainless steel straw as the 40oz is longer than the 30oz. Not compatible with Era 20oz.
